Additional Guests: Each child (ages 7 to 12) is counted as 0.5 guest. If the number of children exceeds the initially informed limit, an additional fee of 20% of the total nightly cost will be charged.

Stay Limit: Stays are limited to a maximum of 6 months per booking.

1. Booking Policies

A) Reservation Guarantee: To secure your booking, we require an advance payment equivalent to the cost of the first night. This payment can be made via bank transfer. It guarantees your reservation and helps reduce the risk of last-minute cancellations.

B) Changes and Cancellations: Bookings can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before check-in at no extra cost. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of check-in will be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

C) No-Show Policy: In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the amount for the first night will be charged.

2. Guest Responsibilities

A) Use of Facilities: Guests are responsible for the proper use of hotel facilities. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged separately.

B) Behavior: Inappropriate behavior, including disturbances or violation of conduct rules, may result in the termination of the stay without a refund.

3. Payment

A) Payment Method: Advance payment for the reservation, equivalent to the first night, must be made via bank transfer. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking confirmation.

4. Final Provisions
